Islam creates a super fine culture lay itself which leads mankind to rewarding life in this world and the Hereafter. Righteous Caliphs of Islam (the Righteous Caliphs) did superb to reinforce the complete code of life envisaged ley Quran & Sunnah and Islamic Ijtihad (well-conceived doctrines). Caliph Umar the great (R.A) established an ideal welfare Islamic State whose foundation was laid down by the founder of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and commenced deep rooted by the first Caliph of Islam, Abu Bakr (R.A). Caliph Umar, undoubtedly, used to evaluate critically all matters throughout his lifespan and rationally addressed them. His biography, personal traits, way of running the ‘state affairs’ and tackling chronic issues victorious, his achievements, reforms and practical doctrines need to be brought to light for guidance of common man as well as intelligentsia to solve current social, economic, political, judicial, academic, ethical, individual and collective problems. Azeem Educational Conference (Regd.) Pakistan invites scholars to write research articles on any of the above-mentioned topics at the eve of 41st Annual Umar e Farooq Conference on 28th March 2021 at Aiwan e Sir Syed, G-5, Islamabad. It is advised to avoid contradictive and non-provocative discussion. Objective study of facts and figures & theories may be supported by proper reference. All the selected papers and conference proceedings will be published in book form. As a policy principle, some selected articles will be published in our research journal, The Journal of Cultural Perspectives.

• Total words may not exceed from 3000 words.
• Abstract of not more than 200 words must reach our office through email icih@aec.org.pk till September 10, 2021.
• The selected abstracts will be notified on September 12, 2021.
• The final date for paper submission is September 20, 2021.
• Cash awards will be presented to genuine research.
